It was reported today that there are billions of dollars available to be invested, but because everyone keeps saying "The Sky is Falling", nobody wants to get back into the market. It reminds me of a saying one of my clients shared with me. He was doing as much of the work on an addition to his house as he could. Ultimately, he would be waiting for me or I would be waiting for him for different tasks to be completed. That's when he commented that it was "Like a wheel within a wheel"

Maybe if we would all ignore the news media and start being optimistic, things would start getting better.

Or Not : )

Ceiling Tile Solution

I had a interesting challenge this week. The client didn't like the fact that the ceiling tile installer had cut the tiles in half to fit around the fire suppression sprinkler head. So I drilled a hole in the new tile large enough to fit around the trim. Then I made a "donut" trim out of white plastic panel with an outside radius of 4 1/2" and an inside radius of 2 1/2". I slit the donut and tucked it around the sprinkler trim. And it looked very nice. Happy Client = More work for Tad.

My First Blogment

Welcome to my Blog.
